PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING WEBTOAPP ("THE APP"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP.

01What WebToApp Is

WebToApp is an on-device Android build tool that lets a user turn a website, a local web project, or a backend runtime (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or WordPress) into an installable APK or Play-ready AAB, directly on their phone. It includes network configuration tools (DNS-over-HTTPS, TLS fingerprint options, Encrypted Client Hello), browser-fingerprint controls, a module/userscript system, and MV3 extension support.

02User Responsibility

WebToApp is a general-purpose build and packaging tool. It does not review, approve, or control the content, code, websites, or backend logic that a user chooses to package with it.

THE USER IS SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE for any website, source code, runtime, module, userscript, extension, or app configuration they build, generate, package, sign, distribute, or install using WebToApp.
THE DEVELOPERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF WEBTOAPP ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, IN ANY WAY, FOR WHAT A USER BUILDS OR DOES WITH THE APP.
This includes, without limitation, any content that infringes intellectual property, violates a platform's policies, violates local law, misrepresents an app's identity, or is used to access, mirror, or interact with third-party services without authorization.
The user is responsible for obtaining any rights, licenses, or permissions needed for content they package (e.g., a website they do not own, a WordPress theme, a browser extension, or third-party API access).

NO WARRANTY OF LAWFUL OUTCOME. USING A FEATURE OF THIS APP DOES NOT MAKE ITS OUTPUT LEGAL, AUTHORIZED, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY THIRD PARTY'S TERMS. THAT DETERMINATION IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY ALONE.

03Network & Fingerprinting Tools

The app includes DNS-over-HTTPS, TLS fingerprint options, Encrypted Client Hello, and browser-fingerprint controls (WebGL, Canvas, AudioContext, timezone, fonts, WebRTC, and related signals) intended to help users reach content reliably and protect their own privacy.

THESE TOOLS MUST NOT BE USED TO VIOLATE ANY THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF SERVICE, BYPASS SECURITY CONTROLS YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BYPASS, OR ENGAGE IN FRAUD, ABUSE, OR IMPERSONATION.
The developers do not control, and are not responsible for, how any individual user configures or applies these settings.

04App Cloning & Rebranding

The app-cloning and rebranding feature lets a user take an installed APK and modify its icon, name, or package identifiers.

THIS FEATURE MUST NOT BE USED TO IMPERSONATE, COUNTERFEIT, OR MISREPRESENT ANOTHER DEVELOPER'S APP, BRAND, OR IDENTITY.
The user is solely responsible for confirming they have the right to clone, rebrand, or redistribute any given APK.

05AI-Generated Apps & Modules

The prompt-driven generation feature produces web apps, modules, and userscripts from user prompts, with a plan-mode step the user must approve before it runs.

Generated output is produced automatically and is not reviewed by the developers before or after it is built.
THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, TESTING, AND APPROVING ANYTHING THEY ALLOW THE APP TO GENERATE OR PACKAGE, BEFORE INSTALLING OR DISTRIBUTING IT.

06Signing Keys & Distribution

The app signs APKs (V1/V2/V3) and exports Play-ready AABs on-device.

The user is responsible for safeguarding any signing keys or keystores generated or imported on their device.
The developers are not responsible for lost keys, failed uploads, store rejections, or account actions taken by Google Play or any other distribution platform in response to an app a user has built.

07No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The developers do not guarantee that any build will be free of errors, that any network-hardening feature will succeed, or that any output will be accepted by any third-party store or service.

08Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF WEBTOAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, LEGAL CLAIMS, OR ANY CONSEQUENCE OF AN APP A USER HAS BUILT, SIGNED, OR DISTRIBUTED.

09Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change is posted means the user accepts the updated terms.
